Menopause & Me

M-Powered Support Groups

Our M-Powered chats offer the chance to speak with other people who might be experiencing the same things as you and give each other support, encouragement and understanding.

Our libraries host dedicated safe spaces for anyone to come and talk to like-minded people about your experience with the menopause. Meet new people, share your experiences and find support, encouragement and understanding from others.

If have any questions or you’re not quite sure what to expect, please do not hesitate to get in touch, we’d love to hear from. You can contact us at menopauseandme@suffolklibraries.co.uk, or pop into one of our libraries and have a chat with our lovely staff.

These groups are for people experiencing menopausal symptoms. To ensure we are able to hold safe, open and honest discussions, we kindly ask that attendees consider whether these groups are appropriate for them.
