We are hosting a variety of health and wellbeing classes, both in person and online. All events are free!

Taking part in regular physical activity not only improves your health - it helps to boost your mood, enhance your mental wellbeing, and it's a great chance to meet new people. Whether it's in a real space or a virtual one, find a free exercise class that suits you this year.

Jumpstart is designed to bring you new and exciting fully-funded fitness activities throughout the year! Every three months, we'll be offering a taster month packed with a variety of one-off fitness sessions for you to try. Then after that, we'll host weekly classes so you can continue with a new physical activity for the remainder of the season - you can attend as little or as often as you'd like!
