From small, cosy rooms for group meetings, to larger conference facilities and lecture spaces for business purposes, find a hireable space that suits your needs. Presentation equipment is available at our larger libraries.

Bookings are for a minimum of 2 hours
12.5% discount for bookings of 8 sessions or more - upfront payment applies
Bookings outside of library opening hours may attract an additional charge to cover staff costs

The Northgate Room is Ipswich County Library’s most attractive and striking room. Normally used as the library’s study and reference area, the room is now available to hire for weddings and other ceremonies.
