Join us for this free online Yoga class with Jannette! This event is part of Jumpstart, our health and wellbeing campaign.
Booking is required. Please use the below booking form to register for this event. The online booking form will close at 9AM on the morning of the event. An invitation to the online Zoom call will be emailed directly to you, after this time, ahead of the event. Please note: There will be no class on Friday 10th May
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear to this session. We also recommend you bring water for hydration.
What is Yoga?
Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Please note If you are booking for a weekly activity, you only need to do so once. You will still receive email notifications for additional sessions for this activity. If you do not wish to attend any additional sessions, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of your confirmation email to stop receiving email notifications.
Zoom Instructions
Zoom is a computer programme that allows you to join social events, social gatherings, classes and meetings online. You’ll see and hear the instructor on your computer, tablet or phone.
If you’re new to events that take place online on Zoom, don’t worry. You can choose not to share your computer camera and audio, so no-one else will see you.
