An audience with Alison Stockham

Join us for a free afternoon author talk with Alison Stockham! Alison will be talking to us about her latest book, The New Girl, a brand-new gripping psychological thriller. Alison will be sharing how she had the inspiration for it nearly 30 years ago, where her ideas come from and how they develop into a book.

Alison Stockham’s debut novel The Cuckoo Sister was a top 10 bestseller and also longlisted for the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize. Her second novel The Silent Friend was published in July 2023. Having worked in TV documentary production for the BBC and Channel 4, Alison is now the Events Coordinator for the Cambridge Literary Festival.
