Due to the popularity of the first session we have added new sessions for March!

Take part in a friendly, relaxed yoga session for beginners to help reduce anxiety and build up your mental and physical strength. If you’re looking to try yoga for the first time, or for a way to relax and improve your mood, this is for you.

An instructor will be in attendance to guide the session, however:

  • You do not have to turn on your camera or microphone
  • You may enter and leave the session at any time

Instructions

Zoom is a computer program that allows you to join social events, social gatherings, classes and meetings online.

You’ll see and hear the instructor on your computer, tablet or phone.

If you’re new to events that take place online on Zoom, don’t worry. You can choose not to share your computer camera and audio, so no-one else will see you. Of course, you may want to take part in the social side of the class!
