POUNDFit - music exercise class

Grab a couple of wooden spoons and get that heart pounding with this high energy HITT class for beginners! Use music and spoons as drum sticks to pound out rhythm and squat, sweat and rock.

An instructor will be in attendance to guide the session, however:

• You do not have to turn on your camera or microphone
• You may enter and leave the session at any time

Booking is required. You can register in advance for these events.

Instructions

Zoom is a computer program that allows you to join social events, social gatherings, classes and meetings online.

You’ll see and hear the instructor on your computer, tablet or phone.

If you’re new to events that take place online on Zoom, don’t worry. You can choose not to share your computer camera and audio, so no-one else will see you. Of course, you may want to take part in the social side of the class!
