Pilates for all abilities

This 6 week class aims to invite newcomers to join in the Pilates unique movement and fun that this class has to offer. And for those who have been coming regularly, to get back to core basics of Pilates, refining technique building on solid foundations.

These sessions take place via Zoom

An instructor will be in attendance to guide the session, however:

  • You do not have to turn on your camera or microphone
  • You may enter and leave the session at any time


Zoom is a computer program that allows you to join social events, social gatherings, classes and meetings online.

You’ll see and hear the instructor on your computer, tablet or phone.

If you’re new to events that take place online on Zoom, don’t worry. You can choose not to share your computer camera and audio, so no-one else will see you. Of course, you may want to take part in the social side of the class!

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a method of movement and exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. My aim is to bring positivity and fun to Pilates. To be inclusive of all abilities and bodies. And to provide a safe environment for you to move your body!
