Due to the popularity of the first session we have added new weekly sessions for March!
Take part in a series of exercises that enhance muscular strength and endurance movements. Sessions are inclusive of all abilities and body shapes.
An instructor will be in attendance to guide the session, however:
- You do not have to turn on your camera or microphone
- You may enter and leave the session at any time
Instructions
Zoom is a computer program that allows you to join social events, social gatherings, classes and meetings online.
You’ll see and hear the instructor on your computer, tablet or phone.
If you’re new to events that take place online on Zoom, don’t worry. You can choose not to share your computer camera and audio, so no-one else will see you. Of course, you may want to take part in the social side of the class!
