If you're looking to meet new people and find out about local events and resources to support your wellbeing, join us at Haverhill Library and chat with us at our weekly drop-in.
Open Space drop-ins are informal meet-ups for anybody interested in their mental health and wellbeing, as well as their families and carers.
What is Open Space?
Open Space are weekly drop-in support groups. There’s no need to sign up, you can attend as often or as little as you like and feel free to come and go during sessions.
Open Space is a joint project delivered by Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, Suffolk Libraries, Julian Support, Richmond Fellowship and Suffolk Mind.
