Mindful Movement

Join the session

Come along to this mindful movement to music session. Learn how we notice our body - how it moves and feels. Learn how to use your breath and become aware of your body as we take a journey through waking up our body and or senses.

An instructor will be in attendance to guide the session, however:

  • You do not have to turn on your camera or microphone
  • You may enter and leave the session at any time

Instructions

Zoom is a computer program that allows you to join social events, social gatherings, classes and meetings online.

You’ll see and hear the instructor on your computer, tablet or phone.

If you’re new to events that take place online on Zoom, don’t worry. You can choose not to share your computer camera and audio, so no-one else will see you. Of course, you may want to take part in the social side of the class!
