This will be an hour-long taster session, delivered over Zoom, by practitioners from Wellbeing Suffolk. The aim is to give an introduction into what ‘Mindfulness’ is, and how this it can be used in our everyday lives, to help us to manage stress better in times of difficulty.
You will not be required to speak during session and there are no right or wrong answers – whatever you experience and feel is how it is!
You will need to book in at least 24 hours before a webinar is due to start.
