Author event with Tim Sullivan

Join us for an author event at Stowmarket Library with crime novelist Tim Sullivan, as part of our Skulduggery in Stowmarket Crime Fiction Festival! Tim will be talking to us about his career so far and his latest thriller in the DS George Cross series, The Teacher.

Tickets are £5.00 each, or £15.00 for an all-day ticket. Price includes refreshments.

About Tim Sullivan:

Screenwriter and director Tim Sullivan cemented his passion for crime fiction when he directed Jeremy Brett’s iconic portrayal of Sherlock Holmes in ITV’s The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes. His crime series features the socially awkward but tenacious DS George Cross and has topped the book charts. The Monk is the fifth in the series and will be followed by The Teacher in 2024.

About The Teacher:

In a village in South West England, an elderly man is found dead in his home. The angle of his neck says he fell down the stairs. The stab wound on his body tells a different story. In the weeks before his murder, Alistair Moreton changed. He usually kept himself to himself, but people swear there was someone in the house when they checked on him, that there was a reason he wouldn't let them inside. Moreton made people's lives a misery, from his neighbours to his ex-pupils.
