Jump to:

Fairs and get-togethers

Meet Father Christmas and other special guests, pick up some Christmas gifts, try your luck in a competition or enjoy some festive food and drink.

Entertainment and games

See some beautifully-decorated trees, hear some festive music, enjoy some festive literary entertainment or take part in a quiz or game.

Craft sessions

Try out a new craft and create decorations for your home.

Events for children

Events exclusively for children and accompanying parents/carers.

If you're feeling lonely or isolated, Elmswell Library are offering extra support this Christmas.

That's not all that's happening this month. Five of our libraries are hosting Librarian Theatre's production, Alice in the Cuckoo's Nest, and a few libraries are hosting Suffolk Libraries Presents screenings. Haverhill Library will be holding a Harry Potter book trail around the town as our Harry Potter: A History of Magic display moves there on 8 December.

If you're visiting our libraries over the festive period, remember to check our Christmas opening hours.
