Get moving with Moving Minds

Moving Minds is our new wellbeing project which aims to improve wellbeing, engage and connect communities, and combat loneliness. Moving Minds includes our existing Jumpstart offer of free fitness classes, as well as Move It sports equipment hire and Fit For Work wellbeing support for local businesses.

We host a variety of health and wellbeing classes, both in person and online. Book onto a free fitness class for all ages and abilities, including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and more.
