Here is the new timetable for Open Space at Ipswich County Library for 27 September 2017-17 January 2018! Lots of exciting things coming up and some great discussions.

If you have any questions please do get in touch, or just come along to a session on Wednesdays at Ipswich County Library– all are welcome!

Running order: lunch/tea/coffee → informal discussion topic or activity → tea/coffee. You can come and just listen if you prefer and drop in and out as you please.

When possible, a member of staff will remain at the library during trips for those who don’t wish to go

04.10.17 Discussion: What is it like living with delusions?
11.10.17 Activity: Pub/cafe lunch (venue to be decided the week before)
18.10.17 Discussion: How can we cope with anxieties around going out and being sociable?
25.10.17 Activity: Boccia with ActivLives - a chair-based game suitable for all!
01.11.17 Activity: Creative writing workshop with Petra McQueen
08.11.17 Discussion: How can we effectively manage our money? How can we deal with debt, paying bills etc.? Citizens Advice will be visiting to help answer your questions and discuss the support available.
15.11.17 Activity: Take a walk to Christchurch Park & grab a coffee (weather dependent)
22.11.17 Discussion: How helpful is diagnosis? Does it help or does it hinder?
29.11.17 Christmas crafts: Join us in making Christmas decorations and cards and vote on the location for our Christmas meal
06.12.17 Discussion: Why do some people find the festive season difficult? How can we help support ourselves and others through it?
13.12.17 Activity: Christmas meal (location decided two weeks before)
