What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a low impact mind-body exercise that combines movements, meditation and deep breathing. During tai chi, you plant your feet into the ground and shift your weight from the right to left leg as you perform various movements that flow from one to the next.
Tai chi is based on a standard set of principles, including:
Using the mind to initiate the movement

- Synchronizing body movements
- Performing movements in circular motions
- Maintaining a continuous flow
