What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of movement and exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
This class aims to invite newcomers to join in the Pilates unique movement and fun that this class has to offer. And for those who know the exercise, this is a great chance to get back to core basics of Pilates, refining technique building on solid foundations.
Zoom Instructions
Zoom is a computer programme that allows you to join social events, social gatherings, classes and meetings online. You’ll see and hear the instructor on your computer, tablet or phone. If you’re new to events that take place online on Zoom, don’t worry. You can choose not to share your computer camera and audio, so no-one else will see you.
