What is Gentle Flow Yoga?
Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Yoga can be seen as quite an intimidating form of exercises but Yoga is more than bending into all kinds of postures. It is a group of ancient practices for the mind, body and spirit to reduce stress, anxiety, build mental and physical strength, resilience, flexibility and harmony.
Zoom Instructions
Zoom is a computer programme that allows you to join social events, social gatherings, classes and meetings online. You’ll see and hear the instructor on your computer, tablet or phone. If you’re new to events that take place online on Zoom, don’t worry. You can choose not to share your computer camera and audio, so no-one else will see you.
