How does this work?
Contact us on our Me, Myself and Baby email address: email@example.com.
Choose your preferred method of contact for the listening support: email, video calls or phone. We can also contact you weekly or fortnightly, working around your schedule.
Our Perinatal Coordinator will discuss your needs and arrange with you six pre-planned sessions for you to talk to someone, so you'll always have a chat to look forward to.
If after six sessions, you are still in need of additional support then we can refer you to counselling with Suffolk Mind or refer you to other helpful services such as the Mum's Matter course.
Please note that our listening service provides a safe personal space for the service user to discuss their wellbeing and receive light, friendly advice (like chatting to a friend on a weekly basis).
If formal counselling is required, we can refer you to Suffolk Mind to receive six free counselling sessions for additional support.
