It's just been good to have someone to talk to someone who understands and lends a non-judgemental ear. Sometimes you end up filtering what you say with friends and family but here I felt I could air my worries fully and receive validation.

The group has been such a help for me especially becoming a first time mum during the first lockdown. It’s been very isolating and difficult but the group provides a safe space to talk and as a group we talk outside of the group which is lovely.
