As we say goodbye to January, don't forget to check out what's coming up in February and beyond! Here are our top picks of events and activities in February:

  1. Get energised with one of our Beginners POUND Fit classes taking place on the 11, 18 and 25 February.

  2. Dance your heart out and build a story with your movement with our online Creative Dance class taking place on Thursday 4 February.

  3. Learn the secrets of crime fiction with Canadian bestselling author Louise Penny, who will be doing a Q&A session with us over Zoom on Monday 8 February.

  4. Increase your awareness of how our body moves and feels with our Mindful movement session on Tuesday 16 February.
