Suffolk Libraries offers third entrepreneur programme for women

Suffolk Libraries, the charity which runs the county’s library service, is running another free programme for women in Suffolk who want to develop their business or business idea.

Our September 2022 programme is funding 10 spaces for women to take part and gain the skills, support and confidence needed to bring their business ideas to fruition.

The programme will start on Monday 5 September and involves approximately 36 hours of learning over 6 weeks. There is an initial one-hour live online introduction and you are then free to access the rest of the programme flexibly to fit around other commitments.

This is the third time Suffolk Libraries has partnered with We Are Radikl to offer this entrepreneurial programme, with our previous two programmes proving very popular.

Previous course participants shared some positive feedback earlier this year with the East Anglian Daily Times:

“It’s been supportive in so many ways, and having a community of ladies to bounce your ideas off has been a huge help…. It’s great that you can put your questions out there and have anyone step forward with their help and advice.” – Candice

“I found the programme really helpful. It breaks everything down into manageable chunks and encouraged me to set time aside each week to work on my individual goals. It was brilliant for connecting me with other local women starting up their business for advice and moral support.” – Hannah

“It gave me confidence in my business… the online community space of women inspiring each other is magical – no one judged each other, and everyone was supported.” – Melanie

Registration for the September programme closes on Thursday 25 August. Anyone interested in taking part can apply online.
