Bury St Edmunds Library are hosting a full week of activities for all ages to celebrate Libraries Week, which takes place 4-10 October.
The library has organised a variety of creative events for people to get involved with throughout the week, showcasing how libraries provide safe, welcoming spaces for everyone to come and relax and be creative.
Neil Holmes, manager at Bury St Edmunds Library, said:
Customers have often let us know how much they've missed attending activities at the library, not just having fun or learning new skills but making new friends and connecting with their community.
As staff, we love spending time with our customers and sharing our own interests through a wide range of activities and, now circumstances allow, we're thrilled to be offering a programme of activities as part of Libraries Week 2021 and invite everyone to come and join in.
